Poros is located opposite Galatas, the mainland of Peloponnese. Poros.

You can reach Poros either by land or by sea:

By Sea: If you come from overseas you have to book your flight to Athens.
From the airport you must reach the port of Pireaus were you will find regular daily hydrofoil boats called "Flying Dolphins"
The trip to Poros is only one hour and cost about twenty (25 € per person. Children under 10 years old pay half price. Children under 4 years travel for free! )

From the airport you can reach the Port of Pireaus in three ways:

By bus : Airport express Line X96 takes you straight to the port of Piraeus.
The cost is three (3) € per person. Regular departures every 15 minutes.

By Metro: The blue metro line departs from the airport very 4-6 minutes.
You must change to Neratziotissa Station and take the green line straight down to the port of Pireaus. Cost per person is approx. 6 €

By taxi: Cost approx. 30 €.

When you reach the island of Poros you need to make a 5' trip by taxi to Neorion, to Simeon.
There, we will be happy to meet you and show you to your room!

By land: Book your flight to Athens. From the airport you take ATTICA ROAD with direction Korinthos following the signs Elefsina/ Korinthos until you reach the Toll Station.
You continue with direction KORINTHOS until you reach EXIT B' Epidavros on your right.
The road leads you to the left for Poros. Follow the signs Methana, Galatas, Poros, Porto Heli.You drive the picturesque coastal road to Ancient Epidaurus and follow the signs to "Galatas".
When you reach Galatas you can either bring the car to Poros by car ferry or leave it in Galatas at the Car Hire Pop's Cars.

On arrival to Poros drive towards Neorion and we are after the Supermarket on the right. The trip by car is 170 klms and lasts approximatelly 2 hours. Please feel free to contact us and we will gladly arrange a taxi transfer or mini bus from the airport if you do not wish to drive yourselves!

By helicopter: You can now come directly from the airport by helicopter directly to Poros Island, not to our landing point.
Transfer fees from 1.500 up to 2.200 € according to the number of people flying.

If there is a large group we recomment an overland transfer by coach which we can arrange for you or alternatively a taxi to bring you direct to Simeon.
